Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects within a thriving organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring project success and alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities Lead multiple IT projects through all phases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget. Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs while managing project budgets and financial tracking. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure seamless execution. Facilitate communication and alignment between business leaders and project teams to achieve strategic objectives. Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies and best practices within the organization. Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 8-15 years of professional experience, with 5-10 years specifically in IT project management. Proven track record managing large-scale IT projects with budgets exceeding $1M. Strong understanding of IT development lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. Preferred Skills Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
