Job Description

Step into a dynamic and rewarding role as a Senior IT Project Manager. Lead innovative projects with precision in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved successfully. Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams and external partners to satisfy project milestones. Proactively monitor progress and address challenges to secure efficient project delivery. Communicate project updates, potential risks, and issues to stakeholders and relevant parties. Ensure projects comply with industry standards and organization policies. Perform quality assessments and apply lessons learned to drive improvements. Manage financial aspects like budgeting and scheduling to ensure timely deliveries. Promote a collaborative and continuously improving team culture. Skills Proven expertise in IT project management, with a focus on application-related projects. Strong ability to design and handle comprehensive project schedules and financial plans. Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective decision-making abilities. Completion of a four-year degree is required. Preferred Skills PMP certification is advantageous. Proficiency in project and portfolio management methodologies and tools. Experience with change and risk management strategies. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, translating technical language into business terms. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
