Purpose This role serves as the IT business partner that manages support for technology with the Operations teams. This role is accountable for developing and managing technology roadmaps, demand prioritization, system enhancement delivery, and application stewardship. This role also integrates with centralized incident management processes to keep business stakeholders informed and engage subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed to resolve issues quickly and effectively. This role oversees the full software development lifecycle ( SDLC ) for SAP and other solutions, from planning and design through deployment and ongoing optimization. This role manages both an internal team and an outsourced vendor partner, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance across all delivery streams.
