Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Information Sys Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in large-scale IT project delivery, stakeholder management, and digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-impact projects such as cloud migrations, ERP implementations, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise technology initiatives. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Responsibilities Lead enterprise-level IT projects from initiation through completion Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners Manage project risks, issues, and change requests Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication Support digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives Maintain compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations Mentor team members and promote project management best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects Experience working in highly regulated industries such as defense, manufacturing, or government contracting preferred Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project and ServiceNow PPM PMP certification preferred Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Experience managing large budgets and multiple concurrent initiatives Strong understanding of cloud technologies, AI/ML fundamentals, and digital transformation strategies Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, DevOps, or MLOps frameworks is a plus Experience in shipbuilding or manufacturing environments highly desirable #
