Job Description

Overview The Applications Team Leader works in collaboration with the Applications Manager to coordinate and delegate the assignments of team. This role works with the manager to oversee the day-to-day functions of the area. Conducts employee training sessions. Serves as a senior application support analyst. Works with Application Manager to manage and resolve identified issues and risks. In conjunction with team, reports status of task completion to manager. Works with other team leaders to coordinate activities between work streams to integrate work and system design, build, testing, training, and go-live. The Applications Team Leader requires direct experience, comprehensive knowledge and skills to guide all the staff in assigned applications. If applicable, maintenance of North Carolina licensure or certification in related clinical/business discipline is required. If required for the Applications supported certification in at least 2 applications required, 3 preferred. If certification not required, experience in at least 3 applications required.
  • Eligible remote states include NC, FL, GA, SC, SD, TN, TX and VA.
