IT Project Manager#26-03271 PROXY, NJ Plano, TX Charlotte, NC On-site Contract Starts 5/05/2026 Ends 4/30/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of highplexity across multiple departments and business units. The selected candidate will lead and direct the work efforts of project resources and be responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the intended project solution.

Responsibilities:

Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses Obtain and align resources to key project roles Establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities Oversee, manage, and lead project execution, integration, and implementation Conduct Risk Management and Mitigation Planning Manage Readiness, Change Adoption, and Stakeholder Management Ensure Quality Assurance and that all applicable change requirements are satisfied Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project Act as a Programme Manager if required on an interim basis Represent and deputise senior project stakeholders w required

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Project Management Proven experience with end-to-end management and delivery ofplex projects Experience working across multiple departments and business units Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Business Analyst, Extreme Programming, Scrum Master) Pay range: $50.39 - $58.39 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
