Permanent Lead the delivery of next-generation archiving platforms driving enterprise-scale transformation The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of NextGen DataFlow and Enterprise Archive for our clients. You will be accountable for orchestrating complex technology delivery across engineering, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful rollout of critical archiving capabilities. As the delivery owner, you will oversee scope, timelines, resourcing, integration, risk management, and governance for a high-impact transformation program. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise archiving and data platform initiatives across multiple teams Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, infrastructure, compliance, and business teams Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful outcomes Drive governance, reporting, and execution oversight across complex delivery environments Support integration of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and enterprise infrastructure solutions What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management within complex enterprise environments Proven experience delivering large-scale data, integration, or archiving platforms Strong knowledge of cloud environments, infrastructure provisioning, and CI/CD practices Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and large-scale delivery programs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences Bonus Points For Experience within financial services or regulated industries Knowledge of data governance, regulatory archiving, and compliance frameworks Familiarity with distributed systems and enterprise-scale data platforms Experience defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail Why Join Capco Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications Be part of a team shaping the future of digital financial services Help shape the future of digital transformation across FS & Energy.
