JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary The Technology Program Manager supports planning, execution, financial tracking, and reporting for technology programs within a regulated financial services environment. This role partners closely with senior program managers, product, engineering, finance, and risk teams to ensure transparency, accurate reporting, and timely delivery of initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities. The role requires hands-on experience with Clarity for program financials and status reporting, Workday and VNDLY for workforce and resourcing processes, and familiarity with technology delivery in a financial services context. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination & Delivery Support end‐to‐end execution of technology programs, including planning, dependency tracking, risk/issue management, and milestone reporting. Prepare program materials and updates suitable for executive and leadership audiences, following enterprise reporting standards. Financial & Portfolio Management Maintain accurate program financials, schedules, and status in Clarity, including forecasts, actuals, and variance explanations. Support capital and expense tracking for technology initiatives and assist with periodic financial reviews. Resource & Workforce Coordination Assist with resource tracking, onboarding, and role changes using Workday in coordination with managers and HR partners. Support workforce planning activities, including tracking allocations and forecasted needs across programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. 1-3 years of experience in technology program management, project management, or PMO support. Hands‐on experience with Clarity (program status, financials, or portfolio reporting). Working experience with Workday & VNDLY (resource management, workforce coordination, or administrative processes). Experience supporting technology initiatives within financial services or other highly regulated environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive‐ready materials. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.•-DO

•Acts as a liaison for projects initiated by the assigned business line and typically performs analysis supporting the strategies and objectives of the business line. Responsibilities include; analyzing the requirements for project requests, interface with Senior Project Manager to determine project priority, provide internal customers with status and help to set internal customer expectations; making recommendations to standardize procedures and processes. Requires a general level of knowledge of a business line supporting. May interface with business lines, including middle management; and/or internal resources to ensure quality and timeliness.
Skills:
Works with MS Project 2000, ProjectCentral, and Internet Explorer for project reporting and maintenance. Possesses understanding networking equipment, network architecture and project management. Good organizational and analytical skills. Performs client support through project and resource research, problem resolution and serving as a knowledge resource. Good knowledge of banking network is preferred. Incumbent typically has one to two years experience as Information Technology Helpdesk Level 2 position or two to three years customer service experience with an Information Technology background.
