Responsibilities:

Leading business analysis and managing Agile projects in Risk Technology Documenting business requirements and translating them into JIRA tasks Implementing requirements traceability for stakeholders Ensuring consistent implementation of Agile policies and procedures Enhancing Agile processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis Bachelor's Degree Familiarity with Agile methodology Experience with Cloud technologies Proficient in Data Analysis using SQL and Excel Strong understanding of SDLC Excellent analytical skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years experience in Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Commercial Lending Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems Basic proficiency with Python Familiarity with SQL Working knowledge of Azure
