  • Onsite Full Time Employment Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic Technical Lead Project Manager
  • Senior with expertise in data technology, business analysis, and project management to drive successful implementation of data solutions in the legal, risk, and compliance space.
The role requires guiding development teams, aligning technical solutions with business needs, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the technical vision, make architectural decisions, and select appropriate technologies for the team. Lead, mentor, and guide developers to ensure technical excellence and adherence to best practices. Oversee project execution, ensuring code quality, CI/CD setup, managing technical risks, and troubleshooting while contributing to coding efforts as needed. Act as a bridge between developers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements. Implement coding standards, best practices, and process improvements in development workflows. Conduct in-depth business analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and use cases. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and perform impact assessments and feasibility studies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and liaison throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience in software development and architecture. Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address high-level technical challenges. Demonstrated project management experience, including managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams. Strong business analysis skills to translate complex requirements into technical solutions. Experience building and maintaining client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
