Location:
5 days onsite in Garner, NC Key Responsibilities Lead complex, enterprise-wide, cross-functional IT and business projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and
SAP S/4HANA
implementation strategy. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and key milestones. Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to project management peers to strengthen PMO capabilities and maturity. Offer strategic input on technology and system selection, contributing to solution evaluation, implementation planning, and organizational impact. Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and financials to ensure delivery performance, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives. Identify, assess, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain timelines and project success. Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, technical teams, and external partners. Lead implementation of complex IT initiatives, including infrastructure modernization, application development, cloud solutions, and integrations. Manage testing cycles, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization, including issue resolution and user training. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements to enhance delivery and organizational readiness. Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement by capturing and applying lessons learned. Support PMO leadership with strategic initiatives and project-related activities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of IT or technical project management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
