IT Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale SAP transformation initiative for an organization within the enterprise technology and services industry. The IT Project Manager role is ideal for a senior project leader with hands-on experience driving complex SAP transformations, particularly global programs involving ECC to

S/4 HANA

migrations. Responsibilities of the

IT Project Manager:

• Lead and manage a complex SAP transformation program, including migration from ECC to

S/4 HANA.

• Oversee global, cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation milestones.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP solution design and implementation.
• Provide executive-level status reporting, issue management, and governance throughout the program.

Qualifications of the

IT Project Manager:

• Significant experience managing complex enterprise transformation projects.
• Must have prior experience working on SAP transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with

SAP S/4 HANA

implementations and ECC to

S/4 HANA

migrations.

• Experience supporting global SAP programs is strongly preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus, but deep SAP transformation experience is more critical.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Compensation for the IT Project Manager includes:
• Salary range: $145,000 - $155,000 depending on experience
