We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional development programs within the Function & Software Defined Vehicle (FSDV) organization. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution from concept development through industrialization and product introduction. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, exceptional project leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate global stakeholders in a complex software-driven automotive environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional development programs spanning hardware, software, integration, and validation activities.
  • Drive project execution across scope, quality, delivery, cost, features, and sustainability objectives (QDCCFS).
  • Ensure alignment between project deliverables, platform strategies, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, schedules, and dependency tracking.
  • Break down program scope into workstreams, epics, and deliverables using Agile project management tools such as Jira.
  • Monitor project performance, identify critical path activities, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering disciplines including software, electrical engineering, systems integration, testing, purchasing, and supplier organizations.
  • Serve as the primary interface between product management, system architects, engineering teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, requirements, change requests, technical trade-offs, and concept decisions.
  • Consolidate project cost estimates, track budgets, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Maintain project risk registers and lead mitigation planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, cybersecurity requirements, legal regulations, and functional safety objectives.
  • Prepare executive-level status reports, governance presentations, gate reviews, and project communications.
  • Facilitate collaboration across global organizations and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional engineering or product development projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, planning tools, and Agile frameworks.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk management activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive decisions and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within the automotive industry, particularly Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) or connected vehicle environments.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering, vehicle integration, verification and validation processes, and system architecture.
  • Experience working with global engineering organizations and supplier networks.
  • Familiarity with Functional Safety standards (ISO 26262).
  • Background in software development, embedded systems, or electrical/electronic vehicle architecture.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certifications preferred.
