job summary: Looking for a Controls Project Manager in Fargo, ND. Join Our Client, a global leader in energy efficiency and building systems! We seek a pro with a Tech Degree, 2+ years of HVAC/controls experience, and PM skills to deliver successful on-site projects.
Oversee all project financials, including costs, billings, and collections, while proactively identifying opportunities to sell change orders and maintain profitability.
Provide clear work direction to technicians, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring all activities strictly adhere to safety protocols, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
Serve as the primary customer liaison throughout all project phases, balancing financial goals with customer satisfaction, clearly communicating technical details, and ensuring proper warranty execution.
