Fargo, North Dakota job type: Contract salary: $26 - 33 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Act as the on-site project leader to manage control systems from hardware design and system programming to installation coordination, commissioning, and final closeout.
Oversee all project financials, including costs, billings, and collections, while proactively identifying opportunities to sell change orders and maintain profitability.
Provide clear work direction to technicians, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring all activities strictly adhere to safety protocols, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
Serve as the primary customer liaison throughout all project phases, balancing financial goals with customer satisfaction, clearly communicating technical details, and ensuring proper warranty execution. qualifications:
