In close collaboration with the Information Security Officer (ISO), the incumbent will craft and oversee a comprehensive strategy to transform digital experiences and drive incremental value for the bank and the clients it serves. The Digital, Mobile and Analytics Manager will work across the business and its key partners to enable the vision, roadmap, and execution of our digital, mobile and analytics strategies. General description of duties Define and lead the bank's digital, mobile and analytics strategy, including roadmap development and execution in partnership with ISO, the Executive Team and business units. Identify partnerships and vendors to accelerate banking digital transformation and test/learn opportunities. Lead the design and improvement of digital and mobile channels to deliver a seamless, best-in-class customer experience. Manage digital and mobile projects, including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination and implementation. In collaboration with the lines of businesses and IT, build business cases to balance the vision with the technical reality and establish Key Results and KPI's to monitor and assess execution quality and outcomes. Oversee the development and ongoing improvement of dashboards, reporting tools and analytics systems to support business needs. Leads the maintenance and enhancement of systems and tools, acting as the subject matter expert in reporting topics, to support the organization's analytical and reporting needs. Performs other duties as assigned. Performance Measurements (if applicable): Establishes reasonable time frames for completion of all projects and reports and completes those within that timeframe. Ensures the bank is meeting member and industry needs with appropriate products and services while correctly anticipating usage levels to ensure proper contractual design. Ensures there is no compliance or regulatory issues on the mobile (online) platform or with data in the bank. Provides friendly, professional, and accurate service and support to all clients and associates. Anticipates system and network risks and assures adequate safeguards. Qualifications and Requirements 5 - 8 years of similar or related experience. A degree in Computer Science or Digital Marketing (B.S. or M.S.) or appropriate industry experience. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job requiring diplomacy and trust. Experience with banking mobile platforms is mandatory. Experience with a banking core is preferred. Ability to discuss complex technical issues effectively. Ability to solve complex analytical or project related problems.
