C2H after 12 months We are seeking an Enterprise Application Leader to direct the rollout, stewardship, and continual improvement of our suite of enterprise platforms, which includes ERP, CRM, HRIS, EHS, etc. This role combines leadership with hands-on involvement, requiring someone who can shape long-term application strategy while also engaging directly in technical work to ensure our enterprise systems support organizational priorities, streamline operations, and cultivate innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Over 5 years of experience with enterprise application implementation and maintenance.
• At least 3 years of management experience, managing a team of employees and consultants on implementation and support of enterprise application team
• Proven Vendor Management and contract negotiation skills
• Experience with custom connectors and APIs.
• Should have requirement gathering and documentation experience
• Should be able to work closely with the business stakeholders and work towards the solutioning of the requirements
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with project management software like Jira, MS Project is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate risk and status effectively.
