IT Project Manager

An established property management company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate a wide range of technology initiatives, including enterprise software implementations, network upgrades, and infrastructure modernization projects across a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will serve as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This is a highly cross-functional, client-facing role requiring both strong project management expertise and a well-rounded technical background. The ideal candidate has experience managing SaaS and property management system implementations while also overseeing network, server, and infrastructure-related projects. You must be comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with executive leadership, property operations teams, external vendors, and IT staff to ensure seamless delivery of technology solutions that improve efficiency, security, and tenant experience. This role will be on-site in Marlton, NJ.
