WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
In this role you will provide Project Management delivery (overall supervision, planning and administration) for Capital Markets Real Estate Operations to ensure that internal clients receive professional services in the construction and maintenance of the US Capital Markets office portfolio. Collaborate and partner with our business/functions contacts and supporting to implement Project and Facilities Management initiatives to achieve overall business objectives Ensure governance and compliance for all projects following the CRE Project & PM Delivery playbook Supporting team members in successfully completing projects and ensuring strong governance across initiatives
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Act as the single point of contact with the local business units for all US CRE project related activities, coordinating closely with the CRE Facilities and PM teams to facilitate on site execution. Role is one of multi-tasking and requires the acceptance that you will support the platform across a multitude of activities. Accountable for the quality of work completed within region. Oversee 3rd party small project delivery, validate completion of work against contract deliverables and ensure appropriate documentation is in place from a governance and control perspective. Work with in region stakeholders to facilitate requirements and necessary approvals for project related work. This includes coordinating closely with local CRE Facilities Management teams and 3rd party consultants. Monitor and execute on controls for all projects adhering to the CRE Operations & PM Functional Playbooks ensuring adherence to all compliance and audit requirements. Facilitate all program operating group meetings for construction projects ensuring appropriate stakeholders are consulted and attending as required. Track, monitor and report on all project related financials, identify cost savings and avoidance opportunities.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field) Excellent project management skills with the ability to learn and act in a fast paced client environment are paramount to this role. Role requires the ability to develop and deepen mid and senior mgt. level client relationships. Some level of knowledge of construction, architecture, or design details to help maintain and improve our US Capital Markets Real Estate portfolio. Excellent communication skills dealing with various RE vendors, professionals and tradesmen. Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products is required.

For New York/New Jersey:
The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $120,000-$180,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
