Systems and Applications Manager

Job Overview We are looking to hire a Systems & Applications Manager to take ownership of our core platforms and help bring structure, consistency, and efficiency to how we operate. This role will focus on system administration, process development, and team adoption, with the opportunity to grow into broader process improvement and technology initiatives over time. Core Responsibilities1. Systems Ownership

• Administer and manage Yardi, ClickUp, and other internal systems
• Manage user permissions, roles, and system structure
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Serve as internal point person for system-related issues 2. Process & Procedure Development
• Build and standardize workflows across departments
• Translate operations into structured system processes
• Create and maintain SOPs
• Improve organization and consistency 3. Training & Adoption
• Train team members on systems and workflows
• Onboard new employees
• Create simple guides and training materials
• Ensure consistent system usage across the company

Pay:

From $85,000.00 per year
