Project/Delivery Manager

Job Summary The Project / Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of data and AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing risks, and maintaining momentum across project milestones. Key Responsibilities Drive execution of data and AI initiatives, ensuring teams remain aligned with milestones and deliverables Coordinate with engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to ensure progress and timely delivery Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of decisions and follow-ups Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues to maintain project timelines Create and execute project plans aligned with client requirements and scope Lead or support project teams, mentoring team members and ensuring successful delivery outcomes Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a structured manner Execute change management plans in collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders Develop change leadership strategies based on project impact and organizational readiness Identify potential risks, anticipate resistance, and implement mitigation strategies Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management supporting data or digital transformation initiatives Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to varying client environments Experience in risk management and issue resolution Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management supporting data initiatives Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in management consulting or working across multiple industries
