Job Description:
The IT Project Manager for Service Delivery is responsible for overseeing several critical functions within the IT department that facilitate the provision of high-quality services to end-users and ensure the effectiveness of service support and delivery processes. To meet the client's expectations, this position will work with the business and IT teams. The Service role has the responsibility of constructing and executing the governance structure and service management framework, while also serving as the primary contact for IT services and operations for business users. Build, direct, and present an IT service management framework that complies with the IT department's goals and strategy (Policies, Procedures, SLAs, Guidelines, etc.) while promoting customer service culture. This role is responsible for the end-to-end IT service management and operations, including IT Service Management, IT Demand Management, and IT Change Management. Having at least 5 years of leadership experience in IT service management in a global environment (preferably in a manufacturing-type setting) is a requirement. A preferred ITIL certification is v3, v2011, or v4 Foundation, with additional ITIL certification beyond Foundation considered a plus
