Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager with expertise in the US health insurance industry to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare projects for health insurers and third-party administrators (TPAs). The successful candidate will ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, are completed on time and within budget, and comply with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end project management for health insurance solutions, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track project progress and make adjustments as necessary. Identify potential risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Ensure projects adhere to US healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, ACA, CMS
guidelines, and other applicable laws. Maintain high standards of quality and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and finalized documentation for stakeholders. Lead multidisciplinary teams, including IT, compliance, underwriting, and business operations. Implement best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements to enhance project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in healthcare, business, information technology, or related fields. Master s degree is a plus. 10+ years of project management experience, preferably within the US health insurance or healthcare industry. Deep understanding of US health insurance operations, regulatory environment, claims processing, provider networks, and enrollment systems. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects using methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum. PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred. Familiarity with health insurance IT systems, cloud technologies, data security, and health informatics. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams and manage client relationships. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-changing healthcare regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with TPAs, healthcare technology vendors, or health plan organizations. Knowledge of data analytics, digital health initiatives, and automation in health insurance. Familiarity with US healthcare compliance standards and cybersecurity protocols.
