Key Responsibilities Project Delivery:
End-to-end management of IAM project lifecycles (scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing) using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary liaison between Corporate Security, HR, IT Infrastructure, application owners, and executive leadership.
Scope & Risk Management:
Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
IAM Strategy Alignment:
Align project execution with enterprise identity strategies, including User Lifecycle Management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), Least Privilege access, and Zero Trust architecture.
Resource & Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (architects, developers, QA) and manage external vendor relationships or system integrators (SIs).
Reporting & Governance:
Maintain project documentation, track key performance indicators (KPIs/metrics), and provide regular status reports to the PMO and steering committees.
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Understanding IAM Core Concepts:
Strong foundational knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Platform Exposure:
Familiarity with major IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ/FileAccess Manager, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID).
Compliance Frameworks:
Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting identity (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Project Management & Soft Skills Methodologies:
Proficient in Agile/Scrum (managing backlogs, sprints, user stories) and traditional Waterfall project tracking.
Tools:
Mastery of project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
Experience & Education Experience:
5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically dedicated to delivering IAM or Cybersecurity initiatives . Certifications (Highly Desirable): •
Project Management:
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Cybersecurity/IAM:
CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Engineer, Okta Certified Professional).
