Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a large-scale Gas Technology Modernization Program within a regulated utility environment. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end technology project delivery supporting enterprise system upgrades, platform modernization, infrastructure enhancements, and technology transformation initiatives. The Project Manager will lead project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, risk management, and cross-functional execution across Information Technology, Operational Technology (OT), Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Testing, Business Operations, PMO, and external delivery partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise combined with experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives in complex, highly regulated environments. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology modernization initiatives ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives are achieved. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, integrated schedules, milestones, RAID logs, executive dashboards, and status reports. Coordinate project activities across IT, OT, Cyber Security, Testing, Infrastructure, PMO, Business Operations, Vendors, and external partners. Facilitate governance activities including steering committee meetings, executive reviews, risk reviews, and project status reporting. Ensure adherence to EPMO methodologies, governance processes, standards, templates, and reporting requirements. Lead stakeholder management activities across business, operational, and technology organizations. Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, architecture discussions, testing readiness sessions, and deployment planning activities. Coordinate system upgrade, migration, integration, modernization, and implementation activities. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints. Manage vendor deliverables, project timelines, escalations, and contractual commitments. Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, training, operational readiness, and transition-to-support activities. Support regulatory-driven initiatives and technology roadmap execution. Ensure effective communication and alignment among executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Drive post-production stabilization and ensure successful project closure. Requirements 6+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives. PMP Certification Required. Strong experience managing enterprise system upgrades, platform implementations, technology migrations, or modernization programs. Experience working within utility, energy, gas, infrastructure, or regulated industry environments preferred. Strong understanding of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and change management. Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in complex enterprise environments. Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong vendor management experience. Experience supporting PMO and EPMO governance frameworks. Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise PPM tools. Ability to manage cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
