Job Description

A client in the financial industry is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to join their team in Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA.  About the

Hybrid (on-site as needed, likely 1-2 days per week)
Responsibilities:
Project management related to platform migration efforts (SaaS program) Tracking and creating dashboards within MS Project Maintain and organize product backlogs by capturing, refining, and prioritizing user stories and business requirements Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinement sessions Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to define objectives, capture requirements, and ensure alignments Proactively identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain steady delivery progress Support effective communication between teams, leadership, and stakeholders by maintaining transparency around project status, issues, and next steps Oversee documentation processes to ensure project artifacts, deliverables, and decisions are accurate, accessible, and properly maintained
Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on experience in Project Planning and Tracking Expertise with MS Project Strong understanding of the technical nature of migration projects Excellent skills in Stakeholder Management Great interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail Highly organized
