Technical Project Manager - Leadership/Governance

Job Summary The Technical Project Manager - Leadership/Governance is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of AI, GenAI, and platform initiatives. This role acts as the link between engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders, ensuring technical workstreams remain aligned, unblocked, and production-ready. The position requires strong technical fluency and hands-on delivery experience, focusing on translating architectural direction into actionable project plans while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards for security, compliance, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Drive execution of AI platform, GenAI, and data initiatives from design through deployment. Translate architectural direction into actionable delivery plans and sprint execution. Track and manage technical dependencies, risks, and integration points. Partner closely with AI Platform Architects on sequencing, readiness, and deployment planning. Oversee release planning, integration testing, and production cutovers. Ensure delivery meets enterprise security, compliance, and reliability standards. Maintain transparency using Jira, dashboards, and structured reporting. Work closely with engineering teams, architects, and business partners to ensure smooth coordination of technical efforts. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience managing technical projects involving software, data, or platform initiatives. Strong understanding of cloud-native systems, data pipelines, and AI components. Experience supporting AI/ML or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments. Ability to work effectively with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering RAG, LLM, or AI platform initiatives. Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and architectural constraints. Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government.
