Job Description:
Project Manager / Business Analyst - Engineering Program Management Join the Engineering Program Management group at a leading global investment management firm, where you'll manage firmwide initiatives, conduct business analysis, and partner with development teams in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role:
Serve as a liaison between business and Engineering teams, coordinating and delivering projects end-to-end. Key responsibilities include Lead projects from initiation to delivery with clear tracking and reporting Partner with Engineering leads on resource forecasting and capacity planning Gather business requirements, document process flows, and manage change request Produce executive-level dashboards and drive process improvement Facilitate meetings and foster strong business/engineering collaboration What You'll Bring 2-5 years in project management or business analysis Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, or equivalent experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience working with software development teams Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity Familiarity with AI tools, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Knowledge of financial services a plus •This role is 2-3 days onsite in Greenwich, CT•
