US Citizens and Green Card holders only•no sponsorship available About the Opportunity A global technology and consulting leader is seeking a SAP Director to lead the delivery of strategic SAP programs for a major MedTech account based in Boston MA. This is a high-visibility role responsible for end-to-end client engagement, program governance, and value realization across a complex enterprise SAP landscape. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery partners, ensuring successful planning and execution of S/4HANA transformation initiatives and ongoing SAP programs. What You'll Do Lead planning, execution, and governance of large-scale SAP programs spanning S/4HANA, ECC, and BTP•owning timelines, budgets, resources, and quality outcomes. You'll build trusted advisor relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders, manage contractual obligations including scope and SLAs, support pre-sales and proposal activity, and drive continuous improvement across the SAP landscape. Risk identification, scope management, and stakeholder alignment in onshore/offshore delivery models are core to day-to-day execution. What You Bring 15+ years of SAP experience, including 5+ years in a program or engagement management capacity Most recent experience leading S/4HANA implementation or Landscape Transformation programs Strong command of SAP platforms (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, Analytics) and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Proven track record managing large-scale SAP transformation programs, rollouts, or AMS engagements Experience with onshore/offshore delivery and third-party vendor coordination Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
Preferred:
