Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to oversee complex IT projects and drive successful outcomes within an Agile framework. This position requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. As this is a long-term contract opportunity, you will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions for the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while adhering to Agile methodologies to ensure project goals are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage resources and timelines effectively.
  • Utilize Atlassian Jira for tracking progress, managing workflows, and resolving project challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Guide teams in implementing best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
