Beachwood, OH (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level projects from initiation through completion. This individual will oversee planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously across the full project lifecycle Develop and maintain project plans including scope, resources, timelines, and technical solutions Track project progress, budget, and resource allocation Communicate project status, risks, scope changes, and updates to stakeholders and leadership Coordinate across IT, business teams, and external partners Identify and resolve issues while proactively managing risks Support and apply project management methodologies, tools, and documentation Mentor team members on project management processes Identify and implement process improvement opportunities Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and quality Utilize metrics and quality tools to measure outcomes Required Qualifications 3-7 years of project management experience in application development, infrastructure implementations, and process improvement Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Preferred Qualifications Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field What We're Looking For Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working across technical and business teams Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results
