View More Jobs Sr. IT Project Manager Columbus, OH, United States Job Description We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact technology and business transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is responsible for delivering measurable business outcomes while partnering closely with IT and operational leadership. You will play a key role in executing strategic programs (e.g., ERP implementations, plant system integrations, infrastructure upgrades) while helping mature delivery practices within a growing PMO. These initiatives are critical to improving manufacturing efficiency, system capability, and overall business performance. What You'll Do Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise and operational impact Own end-to-end delivery: scope, schedule, budget, resources, and outcomes Partner with business leaders (operations, finance, supply chain) to define success and ensure value realization Coordinate across multiple teams, projects, and vendors, including system integrators Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, with focus on minimizing production disruption and deployment risk Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to leadership Mentor and coach project managers to strengthen delivery capability Contribute to and apply PMO standards, balancing governance with pragmatic execution What Success Looks Like Delivery of complex initiatives aligned to business goals and measurable outcomes Minimal disruption to operations during implementation and deployment Strong stakeholder alignment and executive confidence High adoption and sustained value from delivered solutions Contributions to improved delivery consistency and PMO maturity What You Bring 7-10+ years of IT project management experience Proven success leading large, complex initiatives (e.g., ERP, manufacturing systems, infrastructure, or digital transformation) Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence without authority Experience managing vendors and third-party partners Ability to balance delivery speed with governance and compliance requirements Preferred Qualifications PMP or equivalent certification Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) Experience in manufacturing, plant systems (MES), or regulated environments (SOX, audit) About Us Hesitant to apply because you may not meet every specific requirement?
