The Manager of Business Applications is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of all business applications within the organization. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their needs, as well as managing a team of developers and analysts to ensure that applications are meeting business requirements and delivering value to the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the development and implementation of business applications, including CRM, ERP, and other systems Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs Lead a team of developers and analysts to ensure applications are running smoothly and meeting business requirements Monitor and analyze application performance and make recommendations for improvements Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business application development Work with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues with applications Provide training and support to end users on new and existing applications
Qualifications and Skills:
