Roles and Responsibilities This role utilizes your deep understanding of the Manufacturing Execution System space. While below is a sample of the role, each unique project will provide you the opportunity to develop and grow your MES capabilities. Architect digital solutions to improve equipment reliability and maintenance strategies using predictive/preventive tools. Assess current plant maintenance processes and define future-state workflows to improve reliability. Develop and document technical solutions (IoT, AI, digital twins) to reduce unplanned downtime and optimize maintenance costs Partner with sales and clients to quantify business impact, delivering tailored demonstrations to technical and executive audiences Select the best-matching technical stacks and integrate them into existing IT infrastructures. Conduct discussions with senior leaders on functional solution within MES Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping to resolve clients' challenges Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice Required Qualifications Refining and chemicals reliability and maintenance experience 8+ years in maintenance or reliability engineering, specifically in refining, chemicals, or mining.
