Description Technical Delivery Managers:

Manage and coordinate cross-functional software engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms. Plan, track, and oversee multiple concurrent project workstreams to ensure adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards, and client requirements. Work with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical delivery plans. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on project needs, skill sets, and workload considerations. Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks or issues, and coordinate corrective actions as needed. Review technical designs, development work, and testing outcomes to ensure alignment with established engineering and quality standards. Support recruitment activities by participating in interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and assisting with onboarding of new team members. Mentor engineers and technical leads through regular feedback, coaching, and performance discussions. Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure appropriate testing coverage and release readiness. Facilitate agile delivery processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to coordinate deliverables and integration activities. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements applicable to healthcare and insurance technology solutions. Prepare and present delivery status updates, metrics, and reports to internal and client stakeholders. Requirements:

BS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Information Systems or Technology or Related and 5 years of relevant progressive experience including at least 3 years' experience in IT projects management (OR) MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Information Systems or Technology or Related and 3 years' experience in IT projects management.
