Video, then in person Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead a large-scale, full-suite ERP transformation for a healthcare payer organization. This is a high-impact, multi-year initiative involving collaboration with leading ERP vendors and enterprise stakeholders to drive end-to-end transformation-from strategy through implementation and adoption Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of a full-suite ERP implementation (not module-specific) Manage all phases of the project: planning, execution, risk mitigation, and delivery Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business teams, and ERP vendors Drive project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies Lead change management initiatives, including: User adoption Business readiness Communication strategies Oversee vendor performance and ensure accountability for deliverables Support a multi-year ERP transformation program Required Qualifications Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations (full-suite) Hands-on experience with modern ERP platforms such as: Workday Oracle Fusion Strong experience in the healthcare payer domain (e.g., claims, enrollment, finance, HR) Demonstrated success managing vendor-led ERP implementations Strong change management experience in enterprise transformations Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Important Notes Candidates must have hands-on experience with modern ERP systems (Workday or Oracle Fusion) Experience limited to Oracle E-Business Suite ? Oracle Cloud upgrades is NOT sufficient This role focuses on full-suite ERP transformation, not just migration
