Full-Time (Exempt) Overview We are seeking an AI Initiatives Program Manager to coordinate high-impact AI and software initiatives and help drive execution across a small engineering team. This role works closely with technical leadership to turn strategic AI initiatives into organized, actionable work. The Program Manager ensures projects stay on track, communication flows clearly, and engineering efforts move forward efficiently. Many of these initiatives involve collaborating with teams encountering AI technologies for the first time. The Program Manager plays an important role in building trust, facilitating productive conversations, and helping stakeholders engage constructively with new technical approaches. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, technically literate, an excellent communicator, and strong at follow-through .Job Duties:
Project Execution Coordinate AI and software initiatives from concept through delivery Translate high-level technical plans into clear project tasks and milestones Track progress and ensure projects move forward consistently Identify risks early and surface blockers before they impact delivery Team Coordination Manage workflow for a small team of engineers supporting AI initiatives Facilitate regular check-ins, task tracking, and progress updates Ensure priorities remain clear and engineering work stays aligned with project goals Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a clear and effective communicator between technical teams and business stakeholders Help facilitate discussions around AI initiatives in a way that builds trust and encourages collaboration Navigate high-stakes or unfamiliar technical environments with professionalism and diplomacy Ensure stakeholders understand project goals, timelines, and progress Operational Support Maintain project plans, task tracking systems, and execution workflows Ensure strong follow-through and accountability across initiatives Support rapid execution of high-priority AI and technical projectsRequirements:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong project management and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work effectively with technical teams AI Fluency Demonstrated experience using modern AI tools as part of professional workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini or similar) Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, research, documentation, and problem-solving Practical understanding of how AI can augment workflows and support technical initiatives Preferred Experience coordinating software development projects Familiarity with software development workflows and tools (Azure DevOps, Asana, Google Workspace, etc.) Technical literacy and ability to understand engineering discussions Experience working in cross-functional or high-stakes project environments Please submit a resume and cover letter along with three references. The Job Title role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies. QuaverEd, Inc. offers an excellent benefits package including 80 hours of vacation per year with an increase after 3 years, 12 paid holidays, 60 hours of sick leave, subsidized health care up to $9,000 per year, a 401(k) program with no participation fees.
