Job Description

This position does not qualify for employment-based sponsorship. Position Summary The Associate Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. This role assists in managing timelines, resources, and documentation, while ensuring communication across teams. The Associate PM contributes to the successful delivery of technology solutions by helping maintain project alignment with business goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in scoping, planning, and tracking project activities and deliverables. Support the coordination of product and technical specifications and resources. Facilitate project stand-ups, sprint meetings, and stakeholder meetings. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, subject matter experts, and clients to document requirements. Maintain project documentation and ensure updates are published and accessible. Drive project progress and identify potential risks or delays. Support communication between distributed teams to optimize resource utilization. Prepare and distribute project status updates to stakeholders. Education and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 1+ year experience in project coordination or related role preferred. Familiarity with SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to Jira and MS Project is a plus. CAPM certification is a plus. #LI-JS1 #
