Project Manager - Building AutomationGreater Boston | Up to $160,000 + Quarterly BonusesWe're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead Building Automation & Controls projects across the Greater Boston region. This role offers hybrid flexibility, a strong technical focus, and a compensation structure that includes bonuses paid 4× per year.
What You'll DoManage full BAS project delivery: scope development, submittals, scheduling, procurement, installation oversightCoordinate engineers, programmers, commissioning teams, and subcontractorsOversee cost control, change management, progress tracking, and risk mitigationServe as primary technical + commercial contact for clientsEnsure compliance with specifications, QA/QC processes, and industry standardsDrive preparation of as‑builts, commissioning documentation, and turnover packagesWhat You BringProject management experience in building automation, HVAC controls, MEP, or a similar technical environmentSolid understanding of BAS platforms (JCI, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple technical projects simultaneouslyEngineering background or PMP certification is a plus, but not requiredWhy Join Us?
