Digital Project Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Workfront Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. While this is a remote role, CST or EST (Atlanta) is preferred. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of marketing and web development projects, ensuring seamless workflow management and timely delivery. This position requires a proactive individual with expertise in enterprise-level project management tools and marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple marketing campaigns and web development projects.
• Utilize enterprise-level project management tools, such as Workfront, to set up and manage project workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage timelines and resources for a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from single-page deliverables to complex web development initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project workflows and outcomes.
• Conduct regular updates and reporting to keep leadership informed of project statuses.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements throughout project execution. Requirements
• Proven experience in digital project management, preferably within marketing and web development.
• Deep experience and proficiency in using Workfront.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
