Health IT Construction Project Manager

Overview of role: This Technical Project Manager is going to support healthcare construction and infrastructure projects (new builds, renovations, clinical spaces). This is a hands-on, field-oriented role working with clinical teams, IT, and construction partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects (construction, renovations, clinical spaces)
• Coordinate with clinicians, IT, architects, and contractors
• Drive project planning, sequencing, and logistics
• Align construction timelines with technical readiness
• Support go-live and activation efforts
• Identify risks and resolve issues in real time

Required Experience:

• 2-3+ years of project management experience
• Hospital/health system experience required (not just life sciences)
• Exposure to facilities, infrastructure, or construction projects preferred
• Understanding of clinical workflows is a strong plus
