IDR is seeking an IT Infrastructure Program Manager to join one of our top clients. This is a remote role requiring 85%+ travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure, networking, and datacenter programs within a large professional services organization.
Position Overview for the
IT Infrastructure Program Manager:
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers and key stakeholders
Lead the delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure, networking, and datacenter programs
Manage cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators
Drive project execution, resource coordination, and issue resolution
Provide program updates, reporting, and executive-level communication
Requirements for the
IT Infrastructure Program Manager:
Experience working for a large Professional Services organization
5-10 years of experience managing teams delivering IT infrastructure, networking, or datacenter projects
Proven customer-facing program management experience
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and escalation resolution skills
Ability to travel 85%+ as required
