IT Infrastructure Project Manager Location:

Duration:
Full Time ComTec is looking for an IT Infrastructure project manager who has experience managing multiple IT Infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage IT Infrastructure related projects such as Data Center moves / modernization, Server Consolidation/Upgrade, Network Segmentation, VOIP, SIP, Call Center as a Service (CCaaS), firewall upgrades, Asset inventory, and lifecycle replacements Data Loss Prevention, Active Directory consolidation/upgrade, Identity & Access Management, and Access Control projects Manage projects from business case to implementation. Project Management includes budget management, resource allocation, kick-off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation. Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast the cost of the project. Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status. Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 15 years of experience managing IT projects using the waterfall methodology 10 years of Experience managing IT Infrastructure projects Must have experience managing projects using the waterfall methodology Electric utility experience is a plus Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors Must have good experience identifying and managing risks Expert understanding of the Project Management processes and methodologies Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
