Job Description

Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM): AI/ML & Enterprise Systems Delivery RK Industries | Denver, CO (Hybrid) RK Company Overview As a second-generation, family-owned enterprise, RK Industries, LLC (RK) offers a diverse range of construction, manufacturing, advanced fabrication and building services. Led by Rick and Jon Kinning, RK represents seven distinct lines of business that work together to provide seamless project collaboration. Our exclusive building methodologies, accredited safety standards and professional execution allow us to turn our customers' greatest concepts into reality. Role Summary RK Industries is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead delivery of complex, high‑impact technology programs across Agentic AI, ERP implementations, and modern software/AI delivery. This is a tech‑company‑style TPM role, not a traditional project manager. In this role, you will own end‑to‑end execution of cross‑functional technical programs involving engineering, data science, product owner, IT, security, vendors, and business stakeholders. You will drive Agentic AI deployment (AI agents, ML workflows), enterprise platform implementations (ERP and integrations), and software delivery across the SDLC using Agile/Scrum or Hybrid models. Success requires strong technical depth, systems thinking, delivery leadership, and the ability to operate with Ownership, Bias for Action, Earn Trust, Dive Deep, and Disagree and Commit in high‑stakes environments. Key Responsibilities Agentic AI & ML Delivery Lead end‑to‑end deployment of Agentic AI systems, including AI agents, ML workflows, experimentation, rollout, monitoring, and adoption.
Orchestrate the ML lifecycle:
data pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, observability, and continuous improvement. Establish and enforce AI governance and guardrails, including reliability, bias/fairness checks, escalation paths, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls. Coordinate AI and ML integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms. ERP & Enterprise Platform Delivery Own full‑lifecycle ERP implementations, including business process alignment, data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare. Plan and execute complex data migrations, ensuring data quality, validation, and minimal business disruption. Drive integration testing and release readiness across ERP, downstream/upstream systems, and analytics platforms. Lead go‑live cutover execution and post‑launch stabilization. Software Delivery & SDLC Execution Drive Agile/Scrum delivery across multiple engineering teams, facilitating planning, execution, retrospectives, and continuous delivery. Orchestrate multi‑team software releases, managing dependencies, integration points, and release readiness. Champion CI/CD and DevOps practices to improve release velocity, reliability, and quality. Program Leadership & Governance Own end‑to‑end program execution, including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Lead without formal authority, influencing highly technical and business stakeholders through credibility and data‑driven decisions. Provide clear, executive‑level communication; translate technical complexity into business impact. Enforce SDLC governance, quality standards, and risk management practices. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years leading complex technical programs across software, data/AI, or enterprise systems. Demonstrated delivery of AI/ML deployments and/or ERP implementations in production environments. Strong SDLC and Agile/Scrum execution experience, including multiteam coordination. Technical credibility, with the ability to engage engineers and data scientists on architecture, APIs, data flows, and integrations. Proven experience managing dependencies and risks across cross‑functional teams and vendors. Strong stakeholder leadership and executive‑level communication skills. Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agentic AI, autonomous agents, LLM‑based systems, and responsible AI practices. Deep ERP, HCM, or CRM platform experience (e.g., IFS, Vista Viewpoint, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Dayforce, Infor, SFDC). Cloud‑native architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, or SRE experience. Data engineering, analytics, or ML platform exposure. Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, SAFe, AI/ML certifications). Success Measures (First 6-12 Months) Delivery predictability: ≥90% milestone predictability;
