IT Program Manager#26-05412 Jersey City, NJ Addison, TX Plano, TX Charlotte, NC 40% Remote Contract Starts 7/01/2026 Ends 6/30/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week required) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, or Addison, TX. This is a contract to hire opportunity. The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables which requires engagement from multiple Agile teams across various projects and programs. The successful candidate will understand the entire Agile Solution process, and will learn, implement, and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables Ensurepliance to standards and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the project and program Ensure execution and delivery meets expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost Provide guidance on creating and managing an intake process, a healthy backlog, and facilitating valuable Agile ceremonies teams to optimize implementation of Enterprise Agile standards and practices Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders Influence and guide business and technology leaders on changes that enable Agility Contribute to artifacts needed for governance forums and create regular updates to keep stakeholders informed Support resource planning

Requirements:

Experience with Program Management and technical delivery Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira) Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools, including report development Familiarity with an enterprise program and project tool Desired skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Leadership presence Excellent presentation and strongmunication skills Advanced level proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and show initiative Experience with reporting, financials, and Agile methodologies Pay range: $57.70 - $65.70 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
