12 Months Role Overview The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables, which requires engagement from multiple Agile teams across various projects and programs. This role involves understanding the Agile Solution process to implement and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices. The position ensures that execution and delivery meet client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables. Provide guidance on creating and managing an intake process and healthy backlog, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. Ensure compliance with standards and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the project and deliverables. Help teams optimize the implementation of Enterprise Agile standards and practices. Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders. Support resource planning and contribute to artifacts for governance forums. Influence and guide business and technology leaders on changes that enable agility.
Required Qualifications Technical Skills:
Program management with a focus on technical delivery. Experience with Agile tools, specifically Jira. Proficiency with reporting tools such as Tableau for report development. Experience with enterprise program and project tools. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification is a plus. Experience with financial reporting and analysis using Excel. Advanced skills in creating presentations with PowerPoint. Agile Scrum Master experience. Leadership presence and strong presentation skills. Work Environment This position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite.
