IT Project Manager#26-05331 Chandler, AZ 40% Remote Contract Starts 7/01/2026 Ends 6/30/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead / Project Manager for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of public cloud oues for a critical infrastructure portfolio. The Delivery Lead will sit within the portfolio management office and will be responsible for service and capability enablement for identity, database, and data platforms in the public cloud. This position blends enterprise delivery leadership, portfolio governance, and lean portfolio management to ensure initiatives achieve targeted business oues while remainingpliant with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business oues, success metrics, and delivery priorities Support portfolio level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs and projects Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, financials, and oues to senior management Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varyingplexity Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans, roadmaps, and action plans Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking Ensure initiativesply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls

Requirements:

Typically 7 years of experience in program, project, or delivery management within a technical organization Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training Experience with program and project management across multiple initiatives and delivery stages Proficiency with Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe / scaled Agile concepts Experience with Hybrid delivery models (Agile and Waterfall) Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project financial management Experience with risk, audit, andpliance delivery (SIAIs, MRAs, RIAIs) Expertise with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint Broad technical background supporting Infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments Proven ability to influence,municate, and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, andmunication skills Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results inplex, matrixed environments Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments Desired skills: PMP Certification Certified Scrum Master SAFe / Agile certifications Release Train Engineer (RTE) PM / PO certifications Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
