Job Description

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives within an Information Security portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating across multiple teams, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project and program management experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, experience within highly regulated environments, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex technology initiatives. Core Responsibilities Lead complex programs and multi-workstream initiatives across the Information Security portfolio Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and success criteria Build and maintain detailed project plans utilizing Microsoft Project, JIRA, and related project management tools Coordinate efforts across Information Security, technology, and business teams Track project progress and proactively identify, manage, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to stakeholders and leadership Create and execute project work plans and adjust plans as needed to meet evolving business requirements Manage day-to-day project activities, resource planning, and project governance Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and maintained according to organizational standards Facilitate project reviews, quality assurance activities, and project methodology compliance Support technology delivery teams by providing structure, guidance, and project leadership Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 5+ years of hands-on Project Management or Program Management experience as a primary function Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream technology initiatives from initiation through delivery Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications Advanced experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Visio, and PowerPoint Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams Experience developing and managing detailed project plans and project management artifacts Experience supporting Information Security, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology initiatives Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred Financial Services or other highly regulated industry experience Information Security or Cybersecurity project experience PMP, CPM, or equivalent project management certification Familiarity with cloud technologies such as

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $60.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
