Project Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Location:
Hybrid (occasional onsite in 98006)
Duration:
8-month W2 contract (initial)
Compensation:
$2,500-$2,700/week (W2)
Work Authorization:
US Citizenship required (client requirement)
Overview:
Seeking a senior Technical Project Manager to lead Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system deployments. This role requires strong full SDLC experience and the ability to partner closely with Legal and technical teams to drive delivery from requirements through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SDLC project delivery for CLM system implementations Gather requirements, document workflows, and translate into technical deliverables Facilitate meetings with Legal stakeholders and engineering teams Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and project artifacts Develop workflows and diagrams (Visio/Lucidchart) and support delivery execution
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of project management experience (SDLC implementations) 3+ years working with contracts or CLM systems Experience creating requirements documentation and process workflows Strong communication skills; ability to work closely with Legal teams Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Preferred:
Experience with legal platforms or CLM tools Background with consulting firms (e.g., Big 4, Accenture)

Full SDLC execution, stakeholder management, strong communication, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Pay:
$2,500.00 - $2,700.00 per week
