IT Project Manager#26-03234 Pennington, NJ Plano, TX Charlotte, NC On-site Contract Starts 4/27/2026 Ends 4/30/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager IV - Remote position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ, Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of highplexity across multiple departments and business units. The ideal candidate will manage, lead, and direct the work efforts of project resources and be responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the intended project solution.

Responsibilities:

Manage project scope, timeline, and budget/expenses Obtain and align resources to key project roles Establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities Oversee, manage, and lead project execution, integration, and implementation Conduct risk management and mitigation planning Manage readiness, change adoption, and stakeholders Ensure quality assurance and that all applicable change requirements are satisfied Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project Act as a Program Manager if required on an interim basis Represent or deputize for senior project stakeholders w required

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Project Management Experience with Agile methodologies in roles such as Business Analyst, Developer, or Scrum Master Pay range: $50.39 - $58.39 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
