IT Project Manager#26-03233 PROXY, NJ Plano, TX Charlotte, NC On-site Contract Starts 5/04/2026 Ends 4/30/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Remote position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves the end-to-end management and delivery ofplex projects across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will lead project execution, manage the integration of various work streams, handle risk management, and ensure all change requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of a material change for a project of highplexity across multiple departments and business units Lead and direct the work efforts of resources that are functionally aligned as part of the project Oversee the end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the intended project solution Manage project scope, timeline, and budget/expenses Obtain and align resources to key project roles, establishing clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities Manage project execution, integration, and implementation Oversee risk management and mitigation planning Manage readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder engagement Ensure quality assurance and that all applicable change requirements are satisfied Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in project management Proven experience managingplex, end-to-end projects Ability to act as a Programme Manager if required on an interim basis Experience with Agile methodologies Ability to represent and deputize for senior project stakeholders w required ​Pay range: $50.39 - $58.39 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
